I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. nothing till that manager is there 1.lakhsmi there will be more attrition . becoz of her torture,instead one will find other org if the salary is low also, but nobody wills to work with her .such a ill mindset she has . she dont know how to handle the team ,how to oraganize with ppl , basically she is unfit to be HR manager.

hr and manager both are worst , untill they move from the organization there will be no growth in that organization. its a hell like place to work.
