Slow growth Poor Management in top level due to selfish people. Well deserved employees often don't get promoted due to poor analysis from senior management. Bottom level people get too much pressurised

Good Company to work for. Very well established management & good culture. You can learn much from the seniors on professional etiquette for self career development. Recently company has made organizational restructuring that laid off some managerial roles. The job security which was a good suggestion for this company but now it's not like that. Foreign tours on target achievement is very limited for the employees (Particularly in Service Division).

Happy go lucky company.. nobody is worried about their or company's growth. A silent person who doesn't have any opinion can spend a life here..

Few Senior members have made this company a lala company. They treat this company as their property. They can taunt anybody, supress every opinion, question even if it's not even related,get personal whenever they feel like and there's nobody to stop them

There's no space to share one's opinion. Extreme micro management by senior leadership. Disrespect, harsh tone and rude nature towards subordinates. Hierarchy is strictly followed in the company. Not a great place to work.
