Very professional work environment. Challenging work and approachable leadership. Very objective appraisals.

Dislikes

A little more clarity on career path (guess its been just 4 years). Leadership likes to give lot of chances to employees for success. Some take it for granted. Leadership should switch to a no nonsense mode.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The colleagues that I worked with were really great people to work with.

Dislikes

The higher management, with next to no knowledge about analytics and yet trying to go into analytics. Unbelievable expectations like "make your own regression technique". Unbelievably rude manager to deal with.
