Management doesn't care about employees except a selected few Salary hikes are done on basis of how close you're to the people on the management teams and not based on how well you work So called "senior Developers" Shows a great bit of attitude when you ask for help There is no personal skill development after few months you just have copy and paste code and doesn't let you to pick your brain The company is dependent on a few people and thinks there is no future without them Finally if you doesn't have any spark in your life that pushes you to test yourself to the limit then this is the place for you....Read More
