You are the salesman , Delivery man, operation boy etc. lots of additional work. Over duty till night paid less . Inside the branch itself they assign unwanted work . Worst service across country. Calls regards missing the parcel and service issues. They want sales not provide proper service.

90% times training is not provided to new employee's. Promotion given to employees who butter the senior. Absolute minimum wage for ground level staff. Salary cut from ground staff if any item is lost or damaged, but not same for senior management.

No life only work, Appraisal is never a satisfaction egoistic people Improper management in operation (just because of cost cut mindset of some managers ) Head weight management they dont even listen to there employees pain No proper alignment in the job, example- which profile should do what/ they expect everything to be driven by 1 vertical which is channel

Dtdc is the only company where some person start as ground level like me and now at the time of leave from this company i am working as a area manager only because of good atmosphere

I have only region some of senior add some of employee he is not working for company he is working only for buttering that's why i am leave 1 am given my 11 important year's to this company but currently some people change my viewpoint

While I liked working at my previous company there were instance where task that I was ascended didn't not give me the chance to expand my skill set and experience I realised that my full potential was not being reached and that I was needed to focus on personal and professional growth

Office Politics and the Culture of Boss Worship is the worst here, the more you do that more you grow in the organization. Some bosses leave the organisation and come back again because they are not able to abuse employees as they can in DTDC

On time salary…no extra pressure. Work life balance. Appreciation from seniors. Motivational behaviours from seniors.

Huge problem with skill development. Other facilities like TA(3rs /km) for Jm grade,food -400/day for office trip, medical facilities etc are very less!!

If you are seeing my review being confused wheather to join or not, here are the 5 best points I have observed in DTDC over my 3 years of experience. 1. Your Job Is As Secure As A Govt. Organisation. 2. You will get to learn a lot of new and pratical skills which will definitely help you growing up. 3. If you are lucky & under **Mr.Dhali** trust me your working life will be a dream comes true. He is the bestest best senior I have ever seen. 4. People are very polite & friendly, your colleagues will be your friends within a period of 3-4 weeks. 5. The working hours is 8 hours (Excluding 30 mins break) which you can't get to see in Kolkata. See my friend, here you can kick start your career but never expect this kind of flow in other companies else you gonna get cracked hard!!...Read More

In my opinion dislikes will be the below ones: 1. The behaviour of our regional HR is very unprofessional & ridiculous. She doesn't even know how to talk to someone. 2. You will not get the amount of promotions you deserve, rather some old guy who is wasting their time in this company for last 10 years just sitting around & watchingmovies will grab a 5000/- bucks promotion infront of you. Hence do not even expect a proper & justified promotion. 3. The working culture & the office ambience is quite unprofessional but friendly. If you are a fresher you will be in a new college 😉 4. Inter departmental politics & lobby will suppress you down, they won't even give you a chance to showcase your tallent & skills. If you disagree with their opinions, you can get humiliated in front of the management. 5. The front desk management is like a nightmare here, starting from the admin to the HR will make you feel how small you are infront of the management & so are your opinions too. Again, if you are looking for a secure and comfy job then this organisation is like a ripe strawberry 🍓. But if you wanna develop your career then you can seek other options. Freedom for work but don't keep expectation the salary appraisal & growth. Time flexibility is ok. If you wana just spend life time only then this company is ok for you.

Very low Yearly appraisal Manager & management didn't support to grow employee skills & designation. Just timepass job.Not any KRA & KPI for employee.
