There is no management and organisational skills. I disliked the recruitment procedure. I didn't work there. I interviewed. After a month, they called me and said I've been appointed and wanted my confirmation. I confirmed that I'll join the university. I waited for the offer letter for two days then I called them. They said,"Your application has been put on hold" and then never called again. Such poor management....Read More

During office hours, you will not find any gap in fact for a satisfactory lunch. on paper and website, this university is very good, but in reality, it feels like you visited the wrong or fake website. some point may help you; - salary is very low, don't believe in the increment promises. - All the higher authorities are lairs and they just behave like a dictator, all are choosing IMS because they retired from any position or they are from the same city. so they are basically enjoying their last days of life in Dehradun. - university is run by only two people, no one can go against him. - overburden of classes ( you have 3-5 classes every day)...Read More
