Its been 4 years working in this organization - which gave me all the opportunities to grow as an individual, opinions, and suggestions are valued. The best thing about the company is that you work in a stress-free environment, appreciated for experiments. And people are also supportive, especially management.

Sometimes the work is overloaded during peak seasons, and I would suggest that HR should bring some employee engagement activities and benefits.

The management considers the opinions of all levels. Be it a junior or top level employee. Working hrs are fixed but flexible time. One day is a half day. Targets given are achievable and random. Sales is driven by ethics and not like other institutes where sales is done only to achieve revenue target.

Dislikes

The salary may not be as attractive as other institutes but work life balance, balances out the salary requirement.
