Management is Worst. They do not value your work. They keep begging for submissions. When there are times for promotions they never promote you even if you have made N number of placements and overachieve your target. They will just not promote you at right time. And some bad employees are promoted very early who don't even deserve the promotions. Management is being partial. Veryyyyyy bad management....Read More
