There's nothing to say right bcoz worst management decisions and advisor Sachin putting negative feedback to owner. He's involved in every department purchase making money with persentage. Systems are poor, technology adoption is very poor by employees. HR head is operation graduate (she's no idea of Payroll and HR operations) is family members of owner so mat join karna, Employee support failure. Good work environment and culture teamtes are supportive and the management.company policy good. appraisal are they fair give good salary.

There is a lot of policies and the management dosen't address our issues. salary is recent but career growth is slow.

The management has not supported us in this situation. They did not pay any salary for lockdown time and cut the 25% salary of working days. They also stop the transportation facility for employee. The real face of management was seen in the situation.

Culture of company is very good, it welcomes ideas from each one. As it's a growing company there are lots of opportunities and learning environment. Any one can reach to any height. I'm really proud that I'm the part of Impression Furniture Industries

Nothing to dislike but there are lots of things to be corrected or upgraded likes systems daily operations. Need to less dependent on government departments.
