The best thing in the company is that the boss always stands by his worker, I liked it and that's why I have given my 12 years time to the company and will still stand by them always.

Dislikes

Persons who are working in the company but those people put their work on others, register their name. Here the person who works hard, does not get his right, the others who are sitting above keep on registering their names and taking applause. And the management didn't understand him.

Good work environment and culture teamtes are supportive and the management.company policy good. appraisal are they fair give good salary.

There is a lot of policies and the management dosen't address our issues. salary is recent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting.I struggled a bit as biginning as there was no formal training.
