Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. The effort of Owners of the company who wished to introduce best quality of hospitality in the Indian market where it can find high quality star hotels like Oberoi, ITC, Four seasons,shangrila. Etc... Unfortunately it's being ruined by lower quality area management and uneducated/ruckus mind people working there.

Politics, groupism...unethical HR system. Locals are just hired to take care of locals and police, entire education of one who put effort to reach such level gone in water just because of the partiality and HR system... Company must look into the system

The documentation work deserves appreciation. The junior level staff is very much supportive. Company policies are averagely abided. A very easy and initiative free work profile for a professional hospitality person.

Dislikes

The management has a very casual approach towards everything. Policies are widely used as wall decorations. Outlets lack in motivated Staff. The communications are mostly confusing.

Higher management focused on politics and gossiping. Everyone’s brown nosing and 2-3 people are literally running the entire company. No wonder all are quitting. Heads know nothing, taking away heavy salaries and team is getting peanuts. Higher management is biased and the people are horrible.
