The effort of Owners of the company who wished to introduce best quality of hospitality in the Indian market where it can find high quality star hotels like Oberoi, ITC, Four seasons,shangrila. Etc... Unfortunately it's being ruined by lower quality area management and uneducated/ruckus mind people working there.

Politics, groupism...unethical HR system. Locals are just hired to take care of locals and police, entire education of one who put effort to reach such level gone in water just because of the partiality and HR system... Company must look into the system

Frustrated working with those people, left in 1.5 month due to their attitudes, unaccepted service towards the guest and partiality

The higher management is very bad .almost illitrate and use only foul language. You can ignore these once but the worst part is that HR only support higher management and try to manipulate things if you are complaining

Since Impresario is one of the well organized companies it prioritize the process over progress. The growth here is slow but consistent. Your hard work is appreciated. They have good bennies when you achieve the unachievable targets.
