Excellent work environment and Work Culture. Team mates are very much supportive, Superiors are always there to guide on a corrective measures and to explain the vision and mission of the company and how we can achieve our goals ,basically all are the excellent leaders. Since Impresario is one of the well organized companies it prioritize the process over progress. The growth here is slow but consistent. Your hard work is appreciated. They have good bennies when you achieve the unachievable targets.
