Work culture is best, supportive colleagues and lot to learn.

Dislikes

Appraisal are good as compared to other companies but the initial package is low which overshadows everything.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
