There is nothing to like about this company.

It was my first day at Imperial as a freelance writer and I had to resign the very first day. I was hired through proper procedure, they gave me a short assignment to test my writing ability and I passed. First of all there was no contract or proper documents provided in regards to salary, internship, etc. The supervisor "Alisha Chabbra" just sent me a little voice note where she told me about the work and pay per word but it was very vague. I had no clarity but I still chose to give it a try. She gave me a task where I had to write 200 words for an SOP. I submitted that after around 3 hours of work. To my utter horror, the supervisor lashed out at me, first on watsapp and then on call, accusing me of "AI usage" to the full degree in my work. She just used a random AI generator to check, not even a professional tool. The way she spoke to me was absolutely disgraceful and arrogant. I complained to the manager mailing him about my resignation and the absolute illiterate behavior of their supervisor.
