People are knowledgeable. No need to worry about job security. They will never fire you until unless you do terribly wrong stuff. Their R&D wing has amazing labs and campous.

Dislikes

No good working culture at all. Your JD will not match your work. For senior Engineer also in development, the work is more of production rather than of development. Too much pressure to handle projects and resources are not provided to help you in projects. 6 days working with more 9 hours of work will make you tired.
