Dont join this company. Worst and most worst company.from 1st day of joining you will regret to why i join this comany. Poor management,no work ethics,zero facility,no job responsibilities as per your position. 80% staff employees in this comapny non educated, null engineering background. In my this till career this is my most worst company.

Most worst and bad management comapny.to time management and nether production planning. You have to work in every day 12 -14 hrs.and also every sunday comapny is working.so you have to give full 30 days to this comapany. Don't join this company u will regret after joining .

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
