It's a still nightmare for me that How can i explain someone that in my last company imperative business ventures i was based in pune company provided accommodation but peoples in surrounding where very pathetic. It was said to me by the director Jay pandaya 'that if some colleagues kills me' the company will be not responsible and where the operation head kaushik chatterjee catches your neck and press it so tightly. but no action. Senior khule aam dhamki dete h ungli dikhate. Even it is also said to me that by dinesh tare that me and partner don't have money to go hotel kaise log h ye. Even today She is also mentally depressed such this kind of behavior. Salary deduction was another level. I was late but due to punch-in punch-out machine issue my salary was deducted and I said have punch in u can check in camera but no response. They will say first they will reimburse the amount but lated after Submitting voucher no money I kept follow but no response. U have to keep calling them after that in fnf also how they calculate that also i dont know. I thought my life is very important for me then I left the company. Imperative culture is very good. the workplace is very quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the begging, as a new in the system. I learn lots of new things in Imperative. I got the chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me to get a taste of different roles within the same team.
