I have been working in the organization for more than 2 years. I love the culture of organization and employ friendly policies. They have got proper HR management system and leaves policies. Work scope and learning graph is good. You will learn a lot of things as they provide proper training to people if they are not able to performproperly. Salary delivery time is fixed and if it get delay the HR will share the proper timing when it will be credited. Flexible working hour for some senior members. No boundation of strict work timing....Read More

Dislikes

In some department/work proper process of working is missing that makes the work delay a more then usual. Apart from that I didn't find any flaws in the organization.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
