If you are fresher, and want to learn on your own join this company. Can't state any liking. If you like gossip then Managers and Founders will enjoy your company.

Dislikes

If you want to screw your life, join the company. No work life balance, most of people are frustrated by the system except one or two. Founder will always try to demotivate you, so you shouldn't ask more salary. They had one big project, which has been taken away by client as client come to know about the their unethical tactics.
