Nothing to like about this company, if you are joining please don't you will realize this is the worst company.

Dislikes

No one responds, HR don't respond. They don't even follow government policy for leaves. The management is poor. If you have any issues you will have to wait for months to get a reply on email. Even sometimes they don't reply. Worked on multiple companies but this company and it's culture is toxic.

Salary gets released very late at the month end; the night shift allowance is zero (and mostly you will get the night shift). You will get zero official leaves (you need to apply for leaves on your own; that will not be accepted by the lead or manager).
