I Love the fact that i am a part of such organisations. I learn lots of new things from this organisation. impact is open to innovation and adopt new technology.

I was working as impact infotech employee on reliance jio client location from may 2017 to june 2018 but by far there no such hike and growth in salary...hardly 400 Rs was increased in my salary bracket..i was just getting 9100 in hand and 11500 ctc even though i was promoted later in technical helpdesk it really made me feel so badafter doing diploma and Btech degree you are only getting 9k such low wages...there is no quick response from impact hr team..no discipline to listen to candidate issues on call..they just ask to mail on impact hr mail but they reply very late...management is least bothered about employee whether he/she is having any queries or issues...i had a very dissappointing experience working with impact infotech...never want to get associated with impact infotech in future...Read More
