The project is okay but the management is worse.

The management is very bad. No internal coordination between the team leads. Only the core employees are promoted as team leads and not the employees from 3rd party. the core employees are given more preference for everything.

Salary gets released very late at the month end; the night shift allowance is zero (and mostly you will get the night shift). You will get zero official leaves (you need to apply for leaves on your own; that will not be accepted by the lead or manager). I was working in this company last one year but maneger deducted salary because of part CT number missmatched and than I paid the amount but maneger not given me return part which I have to paid...
