It's a third class company, there managers do the dirty politics. No support for management or any Wipro Managers if you face any issues or problem. No proper HR support. Managers (Amol Magar, Shailesh Bhishikar) blame employees for unnecessary reasons and loops the HR team in the emails and asking them to take a legal action if they have any grudge on any employee. They do not release claims for travel allowance....Read More

They have great client with good number of project so not to worry about job, If client left they will internally managed a job for you. Don’t have to worry about salary its always on time. I most like about impact is they have a well & great management in every mail, message you will get a revert in a 5 to 10 min.

For startup it's so well and good don’t be more than a 2 years here no career growth only for experienced its good and well occupied
