This can be a very long list. But to top it up would be the most horrible culture. Team members are treated like disposable resources with the permanent threat that they can be terminated. And not because of performance but only because you might disagree with your manager or not be a sycophant to them. If you are at a junior level or intern, all the best. Because they will drag out internship citing performance as a reason only to avoid paying you like a full time employee. Work culture is toxic as hell! At least at one point in your career here, you will be micromanaged and have daily deliverables. No proper scrum but the developers are expected to follow agile to infinity since requirements keep changing every day. Daily deliverables and deployments. A business analyst is asked to code, a data scientist would rarely get a chance to actually work on any machine learning component of the company. 2. Variable Salary component is huge (30%+ of your CTC), which is given as a retention+performance bonus. This is like the low hanging fruit which keeps you in the company. Worst HR head and CPO. The Delivery Leads are poor in management. All these ISB, IIM guys here are deteriorating their college's name. They have no corporate ethics. Just brag about your work whether you do it or not and get appraisal whereas actual hardworking people get fired.
