This can be a very long list. But to top it up would be the most horrible culture. Team members are treated like disposable resources with the permanent threat that they can be terminated. And not because of performance but only because you might disagree with your manager or not be a sycophant to them. If you are at a junior level or intern, all the best. Because they will drag out internship citing performance as a reason only to avoid paying you like a full time employee.
