Company location is such that the time from home to reach office is very convenient, it's take only five minutes. Means in metro city maximum time is consumed in journey that is the relaxation here.

Again a new experience for me as I loved here from an osd firm which has contributed for huge learning in the field of injectables. It gave me a base knowledge of injectables. Extremly supportive managers and colleagues.

Dislikes

No appraisal lowers the confidence and enthusiasm of the employee which leads to self disappointment. A bit of politics has also triggered an idea of leaving the firm. Partiality and shadowing of talent let people feel unwanted and underrated. Otherwise it would have been great place to work. And yes extra extended working hours.

Work Details

I had great experience working with Immacule. We successfully faced and passed the MHRA audit. Would have stayed for USFDA if timely appraisals would have been initiated.
