They get the work done, by manipulating you. They ask a lot about our feedback, listen to us also, but doesn't work on it. They are proud about giving salary on time, only on papers.

Dislikes

Can't manage account issues and HR issues. Employees getting appointment letters after 8 or 9 months. Salary never on time, or they just send in parts so that we keep our mouth shut. Doesn't have employee id for pf, so professional tax is also cut from the salary.
