Since 2016 no team work and it is hard to get satisfied with your work no matter how well you perform. QS secretary can become QS, wife's colleague's husband who is seeing a timber factory for the first time in life can become Production coordinator, uncle can become QA/QC and many more. Where can you find such liberal recruit and career growth?

Dislikes

The fit out and joinery subsidiary is loosing its market reputation by the day. Now the company is run by a mafia who moves out in a group from one firm to the other like nomads. Now an extended office of Khan Saheb as most of the new recruits at some point of time worked there and are still part of this nomadic group. Al Tayer Group is really a very good group of companies which had helped me to learn, grow, train and build better career.

I hate the politics at certain level which demotives the staffs and people who are doing good job.

Family environment but unfortunately Kerala people who speak Malayalam always discrimination against their own North Indian people.

Too many Kerala people and Spare parts manager never interested to see staff personally even if he is getting humiliation from malyalam speaking people.

This is the biggest group in UAE in every field FMCG, AUTOMOTIVE, FASHION and many agencies i.e. dealership of FORD, LAND ROVER, JAGUAR, FERRERI, MASERATI, etc.

No Job security, especially spare parts Deptt. No one teaches you the job and no one cooperates in spare parts Deptt. including Parts Manager to Supervisor, they cooperate with only Keralite people. Although company is excellent and especially HR deptt. is very very good they really help you to feel at home. They go out of the way to help all the employees.
