If you are hired for a specific position, don’t be surprised if you are assigned unrelated task where you will struggle to make an impact. Some of being colleague of 15-20 years creating an environment where favouritism runs rampant. CEO has zero understanding of medical field and appears to be squandering the resources of Managing Director Vishal Jain. His decision making process resemble a casual chat at a cafe, where he is easily swayed by opinions of inner circles, choosing to appease rather than making informed choices.
