The administration team of ILF do care about you and they helpfully take care of your demands on your arrival. Salary and benefits were more than exiting in my previous job. Management supported properly with any documents required for the project. Technical support was provided to the engineers. Working environment was so friendly and professional.

Dislikes

Unfortunately in my case continuation of work with the company was not secured on that occasion.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
