There is no management, no HR policy no job security, no career growth just do like a labour no uses of Engineering in production and no Quality in production just do like a donkey.

There is no management for the employees. just like a work shop and treet like a labour. Company policy what they made it's bounces over heat to aal employees.

Dislikes

There is no food facilities and canteen always dusty and the sink is always smelling like a garbage area. If you have any issues and you want to solved by the management it will be never solved.
