Its a good comany who gives chance to grow well, but on ground level your seniors cant let you go high. Seniors only wants numbers of students any how, it can be fake or anything. My experience was 50-50, just to get appreciation from state head or regional heads your seniors can do anything. They only want numbers either fair or fake. Seniors treat you like anything.
