Team mates are good while working but there is insecure job and no incremental benefits provide so overall it is not good for remote locations projects

The company and the CIO gives total freedom for developing ideas. All the required facilities are made available. Only place where I can expect improvement is relating the the performance to the rewards. But as for me, while the financial rewards are as important as for anyone, that is not the only thing that I would work for, whether here or else where.
