in a company having a lot of things to learn it depends on how we deserve with others and almost try every time to learn and developed ur skill but I found this fact is not working.

When I am speaking on my work I knew that I will do with full of confidence on my work. I am worked for QS in Planning Dept.i used CalQuan Software , AutoCAD Software.that help me to do work easy. thanks, ILFS as part of u .i love u.

This company has a very good system for work progress. Every one give his best effort,, I'm very inspired by that. One of the most positive things is,,,,,, company gives & take care every employee accommodation. Overall its a amazing journey with the family of il&fs.

Yes, at this moment company's incriment or growh,,, (however) is very very slow.At the situation I'm the one man of a elevated metro station in BMRCL project. I'm still handling each and every matter. Yes, i have a sr. Manager sir,, some time he also helped me to progress work and short out problems. It's very true and painful for me to say,,,, still I have not get a increment.

Work Details

I'm doing a challenging role for my station. Every day 14-15hr compulsory. Some time doing day & night bout shifts. For each and every work i did planning, materials arrangement, Labours arrangements, making work places for next plan,,,, all observations.
