Politics at every level, ego centric management at most of top who happen to be reliatives / friends of ceo.. they think they are untouchable, so do what ever they want. Everything controlled by CFO.. every single penny approval has to be taken by cfo.. literary.. Shouting at your juniors, insulting, is a common culture. Don't care at all about ppl leaving.. if you are not good at buttering and just focus on ur own work.. then.. chances of survival are very less and life becomes painful here. -Worst egoistic Quality manager and her team leaders -they provide very less Salary for freshers and on the name of benefits they provide nothing. - as per record 5 workings days in week, but they called employees forcefully for the weekend and in return employees got comp off. And the comp off date decide the manager.

I didn't like my Team manager and the superior who had biased opinions regarding everyone and screwed my job for no reason although after working for 3 long years.
