Work culture is positive, I have learn a lot while working in IKS. Is a good start for career but for salary you have to compromise.

The company culture and people. Each and everyone is very polite. Trainers are were polite and understanding.

The only good thing is there was a great job security.

Dislikes

The worst thing they recognise only wrong people for the promotion . It's been 2 years we did not receive any bonuses. Skill development wise they don't care. They only think we are labour and need to understand by them self and leave you in open. Company culture is so bad that you have to actually and literally be a managers puppet to get anything for yourself.

Salary and Training they give are excellent!!

If you are ready to drink, dance, and go out for parties with the mid-level to senior management, then all is well. Although they do have a strict Posch rule, in which I had complained about someone, soon to get cornered and lack of opportunities, unnecessary work extensions, leading me to resign out of compulsion and compel to leave.

If you’re desperate for a job that pays on time IKS is a good company. Apart from that if you want career progress and increments then it is all political and this company is not at all worth it. And don’t even get me started on bonuses and extra allowances

Apart from timely payment of salary and incentives i feel IKS needs to have a huge scooe for improvement.

There have work balence lifestyle changes and for women is to most secure and safe job no burden or pressure feel here in IKS I just feel relaxed it's my first job so expensive matters and many happy moments and memories are there it's just because of IKS and there people they work for someone help to and reduce workload and easy lifestyle so overall many things That I like in working at IKS health....Read More

No appraisal, no bonus and dirty politics all over they will not promote you and no activities and events are carried out.
