Likes

Very inclusive work environment however not all managers show good work culture. Work life balance could best across industry. IKEA India are not great market payers.

Dislikes

Learning is gradual not exponential. Miniscule career growth.

Salary - Bad
Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
