Not all architects and interior designers would enjoy this job. Too much styling and less design. Nothing much to design as all the guidelines and even mood boards along with products come as a guideline from global team. Good to start working here for the brand name and values but with time moving out to explore the design world would be needed for a few designers.

No direct manager, senior manager is not easy to reach. In the name of designing, the employees are expected to do physical to perform the vendors/labours job as well. As a result of this, the physical extension is so high that we are barely left with any energy to manage our personal lives with it. From using an electric drill to fixing a spot light.
