I had joined this institute at the time of it's opening. I had worked there as an Assistant Professor for seven years. Had got a lot of opportunities to learn so many things there. Working culture is gd. Really it's good to be part of such institute. If I will get an opportunity to deliver special lectures definitely I will do again n again.

Salary appraisal is the major issue. It should b according to qualification n experience.
