AAs are treated like daily wagers here. They get respect only from the faculty members but other staff and esp HR treats them very badly.. no respect, it's a contractual job so no job safety. If u are not planning to do PhD then don't join this role in IIM. This will spoil your profile so badly that u will be stuck with nothing.
