Favouritism for selected employees. Seema nair worst employee of IILM she won’t let anybody to work she used to do mental torture and management don’t care they only listen wha seema said and they fire anybody anytime without any prior warnings. And they don’t even give Salary. This organisation is not for longer period and if your are joining IILM then be aware from seema nair
