IILM offers benefits, tremendous exposure, and a professional culture. The infrastructure at IILM provides a sense of calmness. The constant learning culture is what I like the most about IILM.

Dislikes

The timings are very strict at IILM, and discipline is required for any ambition, but it becomes hectic at some point.

Studying at this university is providing me with various unasked opportunities where i can improve my confidence and various other skills related to computer science and engineering. Teachers are well educated and share their thoughts and knowledge with students for their better future.

As we look forward to hostel life at IILM University the management team work slower as they have to.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
