Excellent boss and mentor in Mr Abdullah Ahmed, currently COO of IIHM. previously he was director of Delhi. Stable job with excellent increments. (in 3 years, i never got less than 12%).

High level management politics Importance of buttering over hard work Too much influence of two oversmart and inefficient ladies on Director Favouritism for employees like sonia and Sunita Too much involvement of management in employee personal affairs No difference in personal and professional Lack of transparency, Management willtell you to keep everything secret even if it is not required Promotion to ineligible candidates Mandatory Online birthday celebration of anyone after off Management will force you to accompany them on tours in your vacation time with colleagues on your money. Management will force you to pay money for giving farewell, marriage or such events for few favourite employees Meetings will be held purposely at end of shift You are required to do night shift as well at airport in January for an event that too on your money Director will always tell you to accompany him after duty hours for events No Diwali bonus or gift No summer vacation No gratuity No PF No Medical but you are supposed to submit prescription and medical for SL They will not pay you for one month notice period if laid off but will demand same if you leave 90 % Students are rubbish Management will cut half day salary if you punch after 0908 but you will be forced to take classes...Read More
