I was the person who got an opportunity to work with Samasta in 2018, initially it was an individual role to expand Gujarat from the zero, with the progress in expansion I got my team for Gujarat Later I've got opportunity to similarly expand MP. I've completed more than 4 years

So far Good, I am in Zonal office to support field. Company policy on covid 19 is good and can be maintained in Head Office. Cannot expect the same in the field Over all good and safe environment

Discrimination among field like Branch and HO. We care more on self in HO but seams never bothered when it come to the field

Actual time is 9.30 to 5.30 but in reality we work 6.30 to 7.00 sometime 8:30pm. No respect for women employee. Sometime BM force to deviate the work if we said no for it bm will targets employee. Today i resign because of that type of manager.

It's very employee friendly in terms of Salary, Benefits, Career Path. Skill development activities and learning is the Best part of this company. Job is highly secured!

Dislikes

No work life balance! Leave count is less. In field, maximum Sundays are working. They prefer all the meetings after workhour/holidays/Sundays. That's the only and only draw back of not only Samasta, for all Microfinance sector.

Once you exited from this organization you will be treated differently.No one got their Reliving letter on due date.All existing employees had hold their minimum 1st month salary on their current employers.Existing employees to beg HR for their Reliving letter on daily basis.No one response and you felt why I worked at this ........ company.

I got the opportunity to talk to all the customers, good and bad, in IIFL samasta company and solve their problems, which I like very much.

Dislikes

It seems very wrong to misbehave with the customer because he talks to the customer very rudely at the time of need, he seems to have negative thoughts at the time of need.
