Teammates good, training not given , no job security, no career growth, very poor HR, people play internal politics here, if you are good in politics you should grow here otherwise u will quit.

Joining this organisation is my biggest mistake, Poor management, training not given, unnecessary pressure, no professionalism, you got transferred from one place to another at any time.
