Issue in granting leave to employees. If they grant leave then will have to do work most of the time. Need to carry your laptop. Officially Saturday is week off but need to work full day on Saturday.

Worst company in finance sector! Only donkey running this company.. No respect for hard working employees, only matter is useless Senior Manager. Target completed by Subordinate staff but foreign tour enjoyed by Senior Manager who did nothing except unnecessary yelling.. Company Culture is very toxic.. and politics on higher level..Senior Manager are worst they are not supporting.. Culture is third class... Slavery still exist in this company... HR Policies are useless They cancel holidays just before a day and mandate everyone to report to office. Weekends and holidays are pretty much working days too. Planning to introduce sandwich leave policy soon. Notice period for a new joinee is 3 months too. So i know people who have joined this company and decided its worthless with a few weeks and decided to exit. They were made to serve 3 month notice. If a new joinee exits within an year, they ask to repay 20% of the ctc Every year annual bonus is credited in july for the previous fy and has a clawback policy if you exit within 9 months of receiving bonus. So its basically if your bonus accumulated till Mar 2024 will be received in Jul 2024, and if you exit before Mar 2025, you will have to payback the entire bonus back of the previous financial year. Iifl company is good Wat ever policy is good especially in Andhra Pradesh there is no transparency in carrier growth only limited people enjoying the benefits especially in expansion HL tats why attraction is to high senior people leaving the system middle management like zsm r doing as there wish no transparency in promotions and hikes
