The only thing i like about iifl home finance is that you'll get a job here easily as nobody wants to stay here, To much centralisation of everything, things remain pending because everything will flow through a single person and the person does not want to dilute that control as well Hr policies are horrible, there's a clause wherethe new joinee will have to pay 15% of ctc to the company if leaving the company before end of 1st year. Dislikes are mentioned in the likes column, Basically there's nothing to be be liked about the organisation. For instance, the cost cutting is happening to such an extent that a small thing like tissue paper got replaced in the washrooms with hand drying machines to save the cost, and those machines are of very poor quality, basically carry your handkerchief if you want to was your hands.

HR Policies are useless They cancel holidays just before a day and mandate everyone to report to office. Weekends and holidays are pretty much working days too. Planning to introduce sandwich leave policy soon. Notice period for a new joinee is 3 months too. So i know people who have joined this company and decided its worthless with a few weeks and decided to exit. They were made to serve 3 month notice. If a new joinee exits within an year, they ask to repay 20% of the ctc Every year annual bonus is credited in july for the previous fy and has a clawback policy if you exit within 9 months of receiving bonus. So its basically if your bonus accumulated till Mar 2024 will be received in Jul 2024, and if you exit before Mar 2025, you will have to payback the entire bonus back of the previous financial year. Worst Experience with IIFL Home finance in entire my carrier, this is like a proprietorship firm, they don't treat like a employee, entire AP will run based on 3 cluster business heads words, they will said only negative to ZSM. Iifl company is good Wat ever policy is good especially in Andhra Pradesh there is no transparency in carrier growth only limited people enjoying the benefits especially in expansion HL tats why attraction is to high senior people leaving the system middle management like zsm r doing as there wish no transparency in promotions and hikes

No one can reach central team from middle management there is all product under on roof like in Ap its wrong

Iifl is good organization i doing best business i iifl home loans but some time company stop funding that time difficult to work there because off when we doing business then get insensitive.

Issue in granting leave to employees. If they grant leave then will have to do work most of the time. Need to carry your laptop. Officially Saturday is week off but need to work full day on Saturday.
