Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and incentives every target vs achievement

Hi there, I need a little clarity. I am currently working as a Manager in an NBFC from the past 2.5 yrs. My current CTC is 7.7 Lpa fixed. I've an offer in hand with a CTC of 9.7 LPA but with a designation lower than manager i.e. DM. What is your take on it? Should I accept the offer? Is it a fair pay?
