Not demanding too much of skill up. Most of the work is repetitive and same type.

Dislikes

No discipline, unprofessional and no one follows the systems. As long as the work is going fine, no one bothers. Need to coordinate and follow up other departments too much to get things done. HR people are impossible to contact.

Staffs are mostly undergraduate so can't expect good operations in branch they don't pay TA and other expenses they expect us to pay first then they gonna approve if they like or you gonna lose that money .
