I would like to inform you that kindly not join in this company. In this company gold loan target is nothing but insurance target is very burden of every employees . In this organization team leader and and area manager is supreme of this company. Special I informed that one team leader name sushant kumar jena who is now present team leader in iifl at jajpurtown. He was the biggest chitter. When he was a branch manager he cheats lots of customer at time of closing of loan. In every closing loan time he doesn't provide any payment slip to the customer. At every day branch closing time he, mr mrityunjay dixit, budhadeb bose shares all chetts collection and dustribute among themselves. They first told to customer as high value for closing and fist he doing maker and after payment given by customer they don't have ok for cheker. If they immediate ok the cheker then message will be go to customer but they all are very clever person they know after maker they will ok the cheker after 2hours .
